Kanjiveram Silk with Zari Weaving in black, worked in zari. The set is the lehenga skirt, unstitched choli fabric and dupatta. Supplied unstitched, so the whole thing is cut to your own measurements. A rich motif runs through the border work. Black is the practical choice for a long night: it hides a spill and it travels well. Silk gives this weight and a quiet sheen rather than an obvious shine. Formal enough for the ceremony, and meant to be photographed at it. The dupatta comes in the same fabric as the skirt.

Unstitched: Fabric and trim only, cut but not sewn. Needs a tailor.
Dupatta: The long scarf worn over the shoulder or head. Comes with the set.
