What we collect

• To fulfil an order: your name, delivery address, email and, if you

give it, a phone number for the courier.

• If you make an account: the same, plus a password we store only as a

one-way hash. We never see it.

• If you write to us: your message, email and any order number, stored

so an inquiry is not lost if our mail provider fails.

• If you subscribe: your email address, until you unsubscribe.
• If you accept the cookie banner: analytics data. If you decline,

analytics is never loaded.

We do not store card numbers. Payment is handled by the payment provider you

choose at checkout, and your card details go to them, not to us.

Who your data is shared with

• Our supplier in India, who packs and ships your order and therefore

needs your name and delivery address.

• The courier, for the same reason.
• Our payment provider, to take the payment.
• Our email provider, to send order and inquiry emails.

Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not send

marketing to people who have not asked for it.

Where your data goes

Because we ship from India, your delivery address is processed in India.

If you are ordering from the US or the EU, that means your data leaves your

country — there is no way to send you a parcel from India without it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Account data is kept until you erase it. Contact-form messages are kept

while the inquiry is live and for a reasonable period after.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to

delete it. You can erase your account yourself from your account page at any

time — past orders survive in anonymized form, because we are required to

keep the accounting record.
