Shipping Policy
Where we ship from
India. We hold no stock: your order is placed with our supplier in Surat,
Gujarat, and sent directly from there to your address, with tracking from
dispatch.
Where we ship to
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Australia.

Free shipping on orders over $120.00. Shipping is one cost per
parcel, not per item, so a second piece in the same order ships free.
How long it takes
We dispatch within two business days of your order in normal
circumstances, and we will email you when it goes, with the tracking number.
We do not quote a delivery date. Transit time from India depends on the
courier, the destination and customs, and we are not prepared to promise a
date we do not control. What we will do is dispatch promptly, give you real
tracking, and answer you if it stalls.
If your order has not moved for five business days after dispatch, email
cedarstonestore@gmail.com with your order number and we will
chase the courier.
Duty and taxes
Import duty, where a destination charges it, is collected by the courier on delivery and is not included in this total.
We are not able to predict what a given country will charge, and we cannot
mark a parcel as a gift or under-declare its value. Please do not ask.
Addresses
We send the parcel to the address you enter at checkout, exactly as you
enter it. Please check it before you pay. Once the order is with the
supplier we usually cannot change it — tell us immediately if you spot a
mistake and we will try.
We cannot ship to PO boxes for international courier orders.
If it arrives damaged
Photograph it before you do anything else, keep the packaging, and email us
within 48 hours. Damage in transit is our problem to solve, not yours — see
